After your shoot you can expect to receive photos next day. Our team of experts work diligently to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

All content is delivered via a property website. Send your prospects to one location to gather info about the property, look at photos, videos, 3d tours and MORE! View our "Home" page to view a sample property website.

You will be able to download images in jpg. format. Our photos are delivered MLS optimized for ease of use & also in high resolution format.

We don't require a client presence on site at the shoot, although you are more than welcome to be involved throughout the process. If there will be one on site, we kindly request that you provide access information at the time of booking.

We recommend having a thorough cleaning of the entire property, hiding any clutter or personal items, removing vehicles from driveways, mowing lawns, fluffing pillows & making beds. A more detailed list will be emailed after scheduling an appointment.

We guarantee to store all media on our servers for six months. Requests to store media longer may be made by calling 469.894.9402.
